Seed cycling is the process of consuming a mix of flax, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds in different phases of your menstrual cycle. For this purpose, the cycle is divided into two phases, which are the follicular phase and the luteal phase. Just pop one of these pinniyan daily as per your phase, and you’re good to go!
Directions:
- Phase 1 (Follicular Phase) – The first phase begins on the first day of your period until ovulation, which is usually the 14th day. Consume one pinni from the Phase 1 jar daily for the first 14 days after your period.
- Phase 2 (Luteal Phase) – The second phase begins with ovulation and lasts till your next period. Take one pinni from the Phase 2 jar daily until you get your period.
- You can adjust your intake according to the length of your cycle so that it aligns properly.
